I'm trying to resolve an issue which came out during our tests with client. We're testing several recurring data exports via recurring data jobs, and a middleware bus is in place between D365 and external field systems (middleware being WSO2). So what's happening is:
So what can I check to be sure everything's ok in D365? And is there something else to check in middleware configuration?

Hi Gian Paolo,
Downloaded means that you dequeued the message, but middleware didn't send ack request back. Have you checked if ack request is a part of the flow in the middleware?
