Hello,
I got the task to update CRM 2016 (on Premise) because the Outlook plugin isnt compatible with newer Outlook versions. I am confused about all the information i found on the internet and i have some questions, maybe someone can help me please ?
Is there a newer Version of CRM as CRM 106 9.1 ? Or does ist have another name ? What is MS Dynamice Business Central and Dynamics 365 Sale ?
Thing is, we are a finance service business and we still have a "no cloud" policy. What is the latest Dynamics 365 product with CRM, on premise, i can migrate to ?

Hello,
The latest version of CRM on-premise you can migrate to is 9.1. Its name has changed from Dynamics CRM 2016 to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.

Business Central (formerly Navision / NAV) is an other product of the Dynamics 365 product line.
