Requisition/Iterm Request Notification Spamming

Hi there,

A user is getting a Requisition/Item Request Notification every 10 minutes. I've checked the requisitions list and there is only one unapproved purchase order that the user is not the primary approver for. Is there other ways to check what could be causing the issue? Would really appreciate some assistance and many thanks in advance.

    Hi Kiwiboy,

    Try running the following select statement in SQL Server Management Studio:

    select * from rqreqhdr where appvlevobt <> appvlevreq

    Do you get any rows returned?

    What version of SL are you using?

    Hi Carolyn,

    We are running Microsoft Dynamics SL 2011 FP1. I ran the query in SQL and there were 439 rows returned. Is this an indication that there is something wrong?
