does anyone have experience of an agency scenario where employees are working across multiple business entities based on an agile / kanban format in a small business.
e.g a 1st line support worker could be fielding warranty support cases and / or working on projects and / or working on retainer work for a client; a developer could be working on the technical aspects of an issue / case and also doing project work, and / or working on internal product development all within the same business day; an account manager could be working on sales activities or helping with case management. I'm struggling to see how we can get a single pane for time entries for multiple scenarios in Dynamics 365 for all staff.
we need to understand where all of our time is going, not just project time.
Can anyone offer any pointers?

We currently dont support the scenario out of the box. This is something that we can look into the future releases.
