I have a situation where we have a staff discount across or company that runs for all permanent staff member but we also have a mix and match discount that gives a free adapter to a specific brand of appliances.
The users reported that since a month ago, they were only getting the mix and match because of the high priority than the staff discount and if make the staff discount is made higher, then only that discount applies.
The users also reported that before, they would get both the mix and match and the staff discounts which confused me because I though only one discount can be applied to an item.
If it is possible to apply both mix and match and regular discounts to an item simultaneously, how is this done and what should I look for to re-enable this functionality?
