Error 400: Failed to load resource: the server responded with status of 400 ()

I'm opening a create appointment form through URL. 

After opening, I'm trying to check a field value from the Regarding Account value, using REST. 

My script works on change, BUT NOT working ONLOAD of the form. Here's the error,

    Hi Rawish, thanks for your reply. I found the culprit, I'm supplying a wrong GUID to my request.
