The Organization is disabled. How to solve?

Hello, the error occurs during restoring and backup process in my environment in power admin center. The error shows that the organization is disabled as shown in below. Thus, the flow existing in the environment cannot be accessed and it shows the XRMAPI Request failed. How should I solve this to get my flows without altering and to enable the organization from the environment?

    Hi,
    It seems that we can't enable/disable organization manually.
    So i suggest you follow the steps below to create a ticket for the Microsoft Support team for further assistance.
