Error while validating job usage in job journal

Hi Experts

I'm facing this issue and still not understand from where it can be caused.

The error is thrown when I'm trying to post job usage for users in the Job Journal.

And I only have this issue with only one user (Im having currently 100 users)

Sometimes I can workaround it by posting some 0,01 as quantity before posting the real quantity, but now it is not working anymore.

From where can I investigate this issue ? I cannot figure out if this come from this users, or from one of job planning lines.

Im currently on Business Central CLoud.

    If you don't get further responses to this issue, you may want to raise a support request to Microsoft support via your CSP / Partner.

    Have you had customisations in this area? I’m suspecting yes because the error states item and you are clearly trying to post resource lines called LBE. I’d speak with you partner or author of the change
