how to get entity_code in JS

dear all

i have one java script which runs on multiple entities (case, opportunity, account), i need to know what is the entity code when this JS runs in order to substitute in one function, i dont want know from which entity this JS is invoked, so i want to know the code of the entity which is calling this JS.

Hi Ahmad ,

You can get the entity name using -

formContext.data.entity.getEntityName();

or

Xrm.Page.data.entity.getEntityName();
