Uploaded budget entries from excel not shown in the Income Statement

The budget entries for July  26-Aug 30,2024 were successfully uploaded to FO but when an income statement was generated for July 2024, no budget balance was shown.

However, when an income statement for June 2024 wasa generated, it showed the budget balances,
 
IAre we missing to check some config here? What should be the cause of this issue? Why did the budget balances for the newly created budget which were uploaded via excel did not show in the income statemen?
A new finance calendar was also created for the new cycle of the budget which starts on July 1,2024.

    On which date you posted your july budgets? is it in the begining of the month or end? 
     
    In you screenshot entry date looks to be June which is completed status
