Adding additional rows for "linking to financial dimensions"

I am trying to add additional rows for dimensions but doesn't look like I have the ability. Does anyone know how to add additional rows?

    You can add more lines by press the down arrow key on your keyboard.  There is a limit to 200 rows in the Dimension window.  If you needed more than that, you'd need to split it into two row.
