D365 Sales Professional - the Excel Online feature for export is not showing - can export to a static worksheet etc How is this enabled or is the Enterprise license required for this (After days of web searching it appears as if it should be available on all versions) Thanks
I have both a Microsoft365 account and Exchange online account.
I have attached a snip of the options (no Excel Online - (which is what I require) - if I go into Excel it is the static page etc - no online option - is it a ROLE issue??
In addition, when you select a record, it will only show /Export to Excel/.
/Open in Excel Online/ is displayed only when no records are selected.
