We are currently over capacity and see Your organization (tenant) is over capacity. This will impact certain environment operations. Wondering what the certain environment operations that are impacted are?

    Hi,

What happens when my organization exceeds storage entitlements?

If you exceed your storage capacity, you'll receive notifications alerting you to the over-capacity usage. These notifications occur as alerts in the Power Platform admin center. The following admin operations won't be available when a tenant exceeds storage capacity entitlements:

    1. Create environment (currently enforced)
    2. Copy environment (starting August 24th)
    3. Restore environment (starting August 24th)

    Please review:

The impact is you could not create the new instance under this tenant which is over capacity. So, please try to review and remove the unnecessary data in audit logs or Async jobs table as much as you can.

    Hi,

I would say instead of finding out what would get impacted. Focus on what can be done to reduce the space.

    Basically this requires to:

    - Delete un-used attachments.  Moving them to Azure Blob Storage or Sharepoint is also an option.

    - remove un-necessary audit logs

    - Delete plug-in traces/logs
