[/quote]The impact is you could not create the new instance under this tenant which is over capacity. So, please try to review and remove the unnecessary data in audit logs or Async jobs table as much as you can.

I would say instead of finding out what would get impacted. Focus on what can be done to reduce the space.
Basically this requires to:
- Delete un-used attachments. Moving them to Azure Blob Storage or Sharepoint is also an option.
- remove un-necessary audit logs
- Delete plug-in traces/logs
