.alcache folder being created everytime i open a project from VS Code application

Hi ALL,

I dont if its any recent update of my VS code app or because i downloaded the AL Object designer extension, i found that every time i open any workspace from VS code app, an .alcache folder is being created with cache files :

And even if i delete this folder , it automatically gets created again when i reopen the project.

How can i get rid of this folder permanently?

Please HElp!

.alcache folder is used by this third party extension to speed up symbol extraction and actually it cannot be turned off. You can download the folder without problems but it will be recreated when opening the Object Designer. This is not a MS related thing :)

No I just want to get rid of this folder as i feel its unecessary in my project.

Got It :\

But the cache is still created when i reopen the project

If I remember correctly, AL Object Designer extension creates a .alcache folder for caching elements. There's a command for deleting the cache automatically if you check its available commands.
