Dear all,

I faced this error what trying to generate a report in Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Finance and Operation modules.

The only steps i did was Navigation pane > Modules > Credit and collections and saw this error " No ageing snapshot exists for ageing period definition 30-60-90. Create an ageing snapshot and then try again"

May i know what is the error caused by. My intention is to generate a AP / AR ageing report by 30 /60 /90 days.

Hi LiteOn,

I assume you are using the available default aging definition in the system.

I tried running the aging definition for 2 weeks before/after and since there is no data available for this then no snapshot was displayed.

You may also check the setup of your aging definition as well.

Please navigate to Credit and Collection Module> Periodic > Run following by selecting "Aging definition"

Hi,

Please run the customer aging snapshot first in the path: credit and collections > periodic tasks > age customer balances.

Hi Liteon,

Saurabh is right. You also need to run the aging definition by navigating Credit and Collection Module> Periodic > Run following by selecting "Aging definition". This is the way to load your data for your aging definition.
