We added a new store in HQ and ran all the necessary distribution schedules.
When the user tries to log into CloudPOS for the first time during the "Activate Retail Cloud POS" stage, it errors on step 4 of 15.
"step 4 of 15: The feature libraries could not be loaded."
I in the end had my permissionGroup, screen layout and store on my register changed to the new store and I get the same error.
Please note I am able to assign my register to another store and it has no issues.
We have tripled checked the setup and it all looks good.
I tried to google the error but can't find anything.
So any help will be much appreciated. We need this to work ASAP.
