Hello guys,
after several time, customer asked me to import other 50 k item.
I have to import only these 50k new items, without modify the existing item.
What is the best solution? Most of the already load items have accounting movements..
Configuration package? (it seems to me that this solution rewrite all the items..)
esport items tabel, modifty the file and import it?

Hi @EG-21030933-0,

You need to use the configuration package and then select the "Delayed insert" option to prevent modification.

If this option is selected and a line already exists, you'll get an error message.

If users need to import data frequently, it is recommended to customize a new function. It is not recommended to use Configuration Package to import large amounts of data.

You can use configuration packages to upload only the 50,000 items. When you upload data with configuration packages, the system checks the Item No. If the item exists, it will update it. If it does not exist, no changes will be made to existing items. If your import includes only the new 50,000 items, existing items will not be modified.

Delayed Insert is a separate setting and does not affect whether existing items are modified. "Use RapidStart Services with 'Only Create New'" is not an actual setting in the system.

If this is a one-time or rare task, configuration packages are enough. If it will happen frequently, you can consider a custom import as Yun Zhu mentioned.

Hello,

Yes i do agree with @Valentin Castravet. Configuration Package is enough for the 50k Records. If the Records are Existing then it will Modified or Else Insert New records only.
