"The Service Principle Name (Delegation)..." error pops out when I'm configuring a new database.

Hi,

I have just set up a Navision database. I'm trying to login to the restored database using my NAV user account but have this error.

I have checked that the ip address are correct.

The Navision instances are running, the Nav services are running.

May I know how do I handle this error?

    I'm not 100% sure but to me this does not look like a standard error. Maybe something in Codeunit 1 runs when you start the client, that is trying to connect to something, can it be a customization in Codeunit 1? If you can open the development client and then check Codeunit 1 for any customizations to do with certificates. Or from the dev client go to Tools -> Debugger -> Debug sessions, then select "Debug Next", then start the Windows client, and see if the debugger catches the error.

    All the above may depend a bit on which version of NAV you run, but I hope it gives you some ideas?

    Thank you for your reply. I found out the reason.

    My Database Instance and my certificate Thumbprint were incorrect.
