When our internal Customer Engagement users are viewing a record (e.g., an Account) and they click on the [related] Documents button, the Documents Associated Grid displays with a list of documents added to SharePoint (if any).
When our external users (with a domain logon) view the Documents Associated Grid, the documents are not listed; instead they see the message "You don't have permission to view files in this location". However, they do have permission. They can click on the Open Location button and the SharePoint location for that record opens and they're able to view and add documents.
Why can they not view the documents in the CRM UI while internal users can?
