WHS Work is closed but inventTrans not updated

Hello

I have an issue about WMS work configuration.

I have a purchase order put away work on Ax 2012 Wms Module.

my work is done completely. (pick line is closed and put line is closed)

When I check InventTrans I see inventTrans are open and inventory dimension is not same between workInventTrans and InventTrans.

How does it happen?

I think is there a bug.

have you any idea?

Hi David,

The locations in the transactions are not making sense to me and it seems they do not belong to the work in light.

If all these transactions belong to the work then while you have picked the items the purchased transaction should be on the user location and reserved physical on the user location also.

Can you tell me what are the locations for the purchased and reserved physical as they are not in the work. The ordered transaction should be for the final put location.

It seems a case of corrupt transactions to me. Please share asked details to suggest anything further.

Also check work invent trans and I am sure they must be sold and purchased.

The screenshot looks from invent trans and it could be reservation against some sales order or transfer order

Your Transactions Screen Show Transactions that belong to a Lot, and not to this work.

So, I doubt if you are looking at the correct Transactions (belonging to the Work)

Hello my inventTrans which issue status is physical reserved WmslocationId must be "kesteloglu". but it isn't.
it is the main problem.
My whsWorkInventTrans is closed. but inventDim's are not correct.

Hi David,

So you agree that the line for the reserved physical should have the location "kesteloglu"and the line for the purchased transaction should be having location "2l18k2" ideally as it was the put locationin the work which is not the case.

As you have shared the work invent trans dimensions are not correct so it looks a case of corrupt transactions while performing work using mobile device which happens sometimes due to bad connectivity.

If that is the case then using custom script to fix the transactions with correct invent dim in the only option, Make sure you test the script in test before its executed in live.
