I'm trying to pull a few specific entities as listed in the common data model. specifically account.

The connection with azure is working properly. I have a large amount other entities already there.

problem is I don’t know which specific box I need to tick or if I’m even looking in the right place. (currently adding things through our online Dynamics 365 marketing portal.) to get account pulled to my blob. i know for a fact it exists because its mentioned as a foreign key all the time. I’m very new to dynamics data and specifically have very little experience with the backend.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Remcovv,

Thanks for your email. Only marketing interaction data (stored in marketing-insights service database) can be exported to blob storage. Profile data (such as accounts) is stored in the organizational database.

Dynamics 365 Marketing provides the ability to create your own custom analytics and reports from both data sets by using Power BI. Here is the relevant documentation:

    learn.microsoft.com/.../custom-analytics

    Kind regards
