Is there a list - or BPM layout, or sample task recordings - of all the business processes present on D365 Finance + SCM? Likewise if Project Operation was added?
We're currently trying to assess what resources are available to assist us setting minimum privilege security against a list of roles in our user community. We find a many of the default user roles are too wide for us (eg: we don't allow anyone bar two folks in Accounts Payable to touch vendor bank accounts - a privilege afforded to the "Accountant" role in system defaults). We've done our own thing for AP, AP with Payments, AR, Credit Control and Purchase Requisition Administration - but wondering if we have to do all the others on our own bat as well. Trying to cover all the happy and unhappy paths is taking some time.
We reckon we'll end up with circa 14 custom user roles, but are keen to get the number of user conflicts that Fastpath is reporting down as fast as is practical!
