Hi all,

I am pretty stumped by this one. I have a use case regarding event registration and creating landing pages. We have CRM Online 2015. This system was inherited from another system customizer who may have made changes in marketing (otherwise, it should be OOB). I see a good bit of information online about the feature to create these and web-to-lead forms; also I see the roles to "configure internet marketing module" and "use internet marketing module" under Marketing in the roles. However, I do not see the ability to add them from within our instance. The only unique marketing items under the "Marketing" tile are "Marketing Lists", "Campaigns", and "Quick Campaigns". 

How do I access the ability to create these landing pages for event registration and lead creation?

    Hi,

    In that case, you can try Microsoft Dynamics Marketing.Its a seperate product exclusively for marketing.

    If you want to use landing page facilities within Dynamics CRM, you have to depend on 3rd party apps like ClickDimension etc.

    If you are trying to search landing pages and events in out of the box marketing module, then you won't get it there, as these are part of the marketing add on by Microsoft called Microsoft Dynamics Marekting that you need to buy separably. You can setup a Trial for of Dynamics Marketing for testing purpose.

    No kidding right?  Why have "teasers"  like 'Configure Internet Marketing module'  and "Use internet marketing module'  under the Marketing section of Security Roles????  Did they just forget to take that out?
