Sitemap defined menu item names not showing for 2 users only

Hi,

We are experiencing a strange bug at our organization. We have a crm365 (version 1612 on-prem) and we configured Menu items and their names in SiteMap.

For some reason, only two users (on a hundred) see the old naming in the menu.

We cleaned up the cache of the browsers, we checked security roles and did not found any solution. This occurs on test and prod environments. Clearly looks like being related to the users login but in the same time those users have nothing special comparing to others.

Does anyone ever experienced something like this ?

Kind regards and thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Hanna

Have you tried removing the licenses from them, resetting their browsers (not just clearing the cache, doing a reset), and then reassigning the licenses?

We did not try that yet, will keep you posted. Thx

We tried the proposed solution (disable license, reset Edge, enable license) and this did not change anything.

Elements in the Menu have still Sales, Service and Marketing instead of our custom.

    Kind regards,

    Hanna

Errata: after testing this with the user today, I realised that this was not SiteMap but Form Navigation (for related entities). I am new to the project and to crm so sorry for this.

Issue persist though on Entity Level. All user have permission to the form (at least as read only) so should not be user related neither.

Will do some more search before opening a new question on this.
