Is there a way to post an invoice automatically after the shipment if complitely fulfilled  and then send them in email to customers?

I know there is a standar way to do it but this one keep making invoices even tho the sippment is done partially and we ended with a lot of invoices for 1 order

    To set up background posting with job queues
     
    If that doesn't work, you can only consider customizing it.
