Marketing Forms Insights Question - Total Submission Errors

Hello,

We have created a Marketing Form in D365 for Marketing to create new leads (only). Our form is live and through the insights tab I can see that there have been 9 submissions with 9 new leads created. However, there's another area that says there are 5 total submission errors. How can I see the details of these errors or understand what is causing these errors? If I navigate to "Failed Submissions" nothing is listed and my submission error rate shows as 0. Can someone please confirm what constitutes a "submission error" and how I can find additional details on these errors?

Thanks,

Mary

    Hi Mary,

    Could you share me your

    > version of Marketing application ?

    > tiral, sandbox or prod instance type ?

The possible reasons for submissions got failed are below:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/marketing/failed-submissions#why-submissions-can-fail

And as you found in the article, the View and recover from failed form submissions is an early access feature, you should opt in for early access on your instances.

In addition, tmarketing form submission entity is existed in Marketing application,

can you get any record of marketing form submission by giving entitylist a specific etn name like below ?

Thanks Clofly! We have the Marketing application deployed in our Production instance and have not yet opted in to the early access features. Thanks for providing this article. Once we opt-in for the new features we'll take a look at the Failed Submissions area to see if we can figure out the root cause. Ultimately it looks like the leads are being created upon form submission so perhaps the "error" is minor.
