Have you configured hardware profiles in the backoffice? And assigned the hardware profile to the register?
Hi Vinoth,
You should assign a receipt profile to a hardware profile, set up hardware profiles and assign a hardware profile to a register. You can view these following links for reference.

See, I have already assigned Receipt profile in hardware profile below screen shot for your reference.

In my Store mapped hardware profile
After that i have to run all jobs but the results is below screen shot:
When click show receipt at the time this kind of error will came. How to solve this issue.
