Web Services Installation For Dynamics GP2010 R2 with 2010 MOSS

Hi All, we are in process of Installing Business Portal 5.1 (64 bit) Operating system is Windows Server 2008 & sql 2008. I was able to install MOSS 2010 and Web services. I Was able to access web service using computername:48620/DynamicsGPWebServices. But couldnt able to access security service in dynamics security console. Got a big error Message like "Could not access the security service, xxxxxxxxxxx" The 3 following option was available for Dynamics security Data store during Web service install ADAM Active Directory SQL Server. Please note that recormmended Sql server option was choosen for Dynamics security Data store. We can able to see the database created for webservices in the SQL. Also, found that application pools for web services were missing in IIS. can any one please help what is wrong with the web service install. How can we make sure Web services Install is fine.

Shan,

You should no longer see an IIS app pool for web services. You should see it show up as a Windows service. Did you configure web services after installing? I'm assuming that your user has access?
