401 unauthorized error for Discovery endpoint

Hi there,

I want to use restful webservices to make some operations on contacts, leads and opportunities.

I have registered my app in Azure for oAuth authentication. I got the access token. But when I am trying to hit discovery endpoint https://globaldisco.crm.dynamics.com/api/discovery/v2.0/Instances with that access token, its giving me 401 Unauthorised response with a message

"Authorization has been denied for this request."

I also tried sending a http request using organization URI o********7.api.crm.dynamics.com/.../WhoAmI

it is also giving me 401 Unauthorised response

Please help me in this.

Have you created Application user in the CRM with respect to this Azure App ? If no please follow the below steps.
