NAVCancelCredentialPromptException with infinite loading loop

Hi everyone,
 
after upgrading from BC17 onprem to BC21 onprem we are encountering the issue that some users will get caught in a seemless infinite website loading loop after changing the language or company in BC. We are using AAD fot authentication.
After clearing cookies it works just fine till it happens again.

The event log for the time of the problem is full with the following error:

I've read that enabling the /UseLegacyAcsAuthentication/ fixes this, but there surely must be another way to fix this problem without enabling legacy authentication?

    Well it seems the pic was not loading right in my post, so here is the event log error message.
