Hi all,
I created a work flow for purchase order in system, system showing instance 0, please help it stuck

I forget to mention basically workflow not running even yellow strip not showing.
Hi Syed,
If there is no yellow bar for submission, then indeed then number of (running) instances will be zero as this is a count.
To have the workflow bar active, you need to enable change management in the Procurement and sourcing parameters. Based on the settings in the parameters you also have to check vendors. Once activated, it should work on new purchase orders.

Dear i just activated change management in parameters. what do u mean by activating vendors, purchase orders are being creating on them normally.
