Not able to see configuration keys in license configuration form

Hello, We are using an ISV which contains some 5 configuration keys enabled by default at the moment. After last week's deployment to test environment we are not able to see the configuration keys in the frontend even though we have a valid license code's that are active in the system.License is valid till 2026.

Cannot reproduce this in the development environment. Note that we are using an ADO pipeline since years which contains the steps to Add Licenses to the deployment package and it's working fine.I thought there is an issue in the deployment package but i can see licenses are properly added to the package

and also in the AXDeployableRuntime zip package i could all the license files are properly added to the package like below.

All the ISV's related customisations are invisible in the frontend which is expected due to the missing configuration keys. I'm sure that there is no mistake in the pipeline as we are using the same one from years and didnt get this error anytime.

Has anyone faced this issue anytime?

Hello,

Have the license files changed? Can you view the change history of the license files in DevOps? To see if they have been changed and if so, what changed.

Can you ask to vendor who provided this license file. If their certificate provider got expired?

Hi Amrutha,

Can you double check if the ISV model(s) are deployed on this environment? You can check that by opening the About form via the Help and support button (?) at the top-right of the screen. Then go to the Version tab page where you can see all deployed models.

Hi Amrutha,

A few questions:

1. Can you see the .nupkg packages under AOSService\Packages section?

Suggestions:

In your Build solution step in the Azure Build pipeline, check if the ISV model is compiling. Looks like the model fails to compile in the devops pipeline. You will need to add the model explicitly for the model to compile.

Can you try to deploy DevOps package to Dev enrivonment then check if Dev vm also have same issue.? Atleast you will get an idea wether issue is with DevOps ? Please make sure to take code & DB back of Dev VM>

Have you also contacted your ISV vendor? Maybe there are other clients with similar issues?
