How can I integrate my work email with CRM?

Could you please elaborate your question. If you are using outlook then using outlook client you can synchronize/track/set regarding your mails from outlook to CRM. You can even synchronize your appointments, contacts etc.
Look for outlook client for crm features in detail.

There are two options. Email router and server side synchronization.
Email Router:
