Account quick create within a contact quick create form

i have an issue to solve within Dynamics CRM. This relates to the entities of Contact and Account.
The flow starts from the main CRM page where we have a + sign to quick create many things including a contact. Once clicking on the Quick create contact, a quick create view pops up on the right. One can then complete the fields, on the form we can create an Account as well. The Account is a Lookup field where one can create an account, once new is clicked a quick create account also appears and within that account create form a primary contact field exists. The experience feels like a loop and i wish to have the primary contact be the first create contact (although it does not really exist yet.)
I have the same question (0)

Account quick create within a contact quick create form
You'll want to think about this from the perspective of the database and creating the records. When you open a Quick Create form, nothing exists in the database until you click on "Save" and the record is committed.

What you describe would basically mean you are populating a lookup field on the Account to the [Primary Contact], but the contact record doesn't exist. Order of oeprations matters.

As a work-around, can you maybe create a simple workflow that runs on create of a Contact record? If the parent account does not contain a [Primary Contact] yet, then populate it with the newly created record? This prevents users from feeling stuck in a loop but follows the requirements for the order of operations.
