Dears.

In my purchase order screen Purchase order confirmation button not enable. What exactly can be problem .

I have compared my company with default demo companies but can't find reason

    Hi Aqeel,

    You might not have sufficient user rights to access this button.

    In addition, please check whether a setup workflow or the activation of the change management functionality prevents you from accessing this button directly.

    Dear Thanks for your time and help. But this is new company created. No work flow defined. Where i can check user rights.

    Hi Aqeel,

    Please check System administration/Common/Users/Users. If you select edit you should be able to see the roles you have and the organizations you have access to. Probably the newly setup company is missing?!

    I am using demo licence and system date is03032006. I have checked with other user who have rights of purchase manager but still same issue.

    Hi Aqeel,

    If you system date is 03 March 2006, then your demo license must be expired.

    Try to get the license renewed first or use a different system environment.

    Maybe your issue get's resolved automatically then.

    Hi Aqeel,

    Check your Purchase Type Field is set to"Purchase Order" In the general Tab of purchase order creating form.. Sometimes it may be defaulted with "Journal".. Might be the reason for not getting Confirmation button enabled.
