AX 2012 R3 is allowing negative inventory even if negative physical inventory is unchecked for few items
no physical inventory _ve check mark ,no customization. its happening suddenly from few months
Hi Ram,
Can you provide some more information? Is it negative overall for the item or only on a specific storage dimension? What type of transactions are causing this negative inventory? Inventory journals, sales orders or some other type of transactions?
we have only one storage dimension swl
issue is coming with few items having serial tracking dimension, while doing picking list for sales order packing slip system is allowing those serial number also to pick which do not have inventory in warehouse
Hi Ram
On the Tracking dimension group for the item, check that the Serial line has 'Physical inventory' ticked.
On the Tracking dimension group for the item, the Serial line is not ticked on 'Physical inventory'.
