We have this problem when we are checking the the sales order field on all related sales forms it seems that the link is missing we tried also to righ-click but the "view details is also not there". I have also consulted this if there are any customizations in our part but it seems none. Is this a related set-up or an update feature?.

Thank you for your response, We looked on the security configurations in regarding sales forms. It has the highest access but it seems that the links for sales Id does not work, will update on this thread if we can fix this issue

Have you checked by assigning the same role/duty/privilege to any other user if he/she is getting the same issue?
Can you check what are the current status of below privileges and if correctly assigned to the role or not?

In addition to the questions from Girish, can you tell if this is the case for some users or all? Does the system administrator role have this same behavior? I just checked my environment where the link is working.
It might be related to security configuration if there are no customizations.
Can you tell me the version of D365?
When it stopped working?
What changes or update you done?
