Hi friends, one user of us made something really strange with some SOP documents (SOPTYPE=2), when I try to modify this sop document GP show something like "this document is posted", but there isn't any registry of this sop document on SOP30200, SOP30300. Actually these records exist on SOP10100, SOP10200 but some colum data are missing.... my question is: which parameter tell to GP that a record is posted? how can I delete this sop document?

So many guesses.......
When a user's workstation crashes or locks up while entering a new order header, this frequently happens. There is no one flag to set to fix the problem. Several pieces of data are missing as you noted and GP mistakenly takes this as a "posted" transaction. Not true.
Edit the record in MS SQL Management Studio. Add a customer number, customer data, dates, and any missing information you can. The record will then be available through the application.
I DO THIS ALL THE TIME for some customers!
Hi!
You could run checklinks on 'Sales Work' under Sales Series which will automatically removes such abondoned transaction.
Regards,
Mohan
Would you have any idea what happened? Was his document entry interrupted by a crash? You might want to try looking at the PSTGSTUS (posting status) field in SOP10100 if it is set to 1. Also check the TRXSORCE field if it has any value.
