Good morning,

first of all i am new to the community, so if i am doing something wrong please let me know ;)

Got a Case from one of our Clients where the release Button on Sales Quote is missing in his NAV Mobile App, used on IPad Tablet. Hard for me to recreate since i have no IOS Device ready. Any ideas what the issue could be?

Regards,

Marco

    Hello,

As a partner you should be able to do via docs.microsoft.com/.../ .

    Thanks.

    Hi Marco,

thanks for your reply. I am only firm with support requests from the CSP. This Customer is no CSP Customer for us, any link for me where to create the support request?

Sorry for the dumb question, but i never needed to create one.

    Regards,

    Marco

    Hello,

i was able to recreate the case on my ipad. Indeed the "release" button is missing. Is there a way to publish the button with development or is this a case for microsoft?

    Regards,

    Marco

    Hello,

Within your browser you can do the following. After the WebClient instance name in the browser url you can add /tablet/?page=43 (page 43 is sales quote).

    E.g.: my PublicWebBaseUrl is nav.domain.com/.../

Then the url to get a mobile experience is:

    nav.domain.com/.../

Next is to verify that the release button is there on the mobile experience on your own device, can be a Windows universal app, android app. If it does not show up at the users device, while it does show up at your side, you can raise it to Microsoft as device experience should be the same. Best is to ask for a screenshot from the client (not that we do not trust the user), but it easier for the Microsoft employee to see the difference.

    Thanks.
