Quote Template recurrence

Hi,

I am trying to build a Quote Template to set the Quote Products on a recurrence basis, but in a set format, rather than the simple 'header' format as this is apparently insufficient for our needs. This is the format I am looking to create:

But each time I try this, the template will work with a single data mapping, but when I try a recurrence on the Quote Products, it doesn't enter any information.

Does anyone know whether this is possible? and if so, how?

Thanks in advance.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Chris,

    Thank you for your question.

I have attempted to replicate the same and changed the format of the text, I created two tables for Quote Products and set each as recurring. The outcome is as follows:

    pastedimage1594194652896v1.png

If this is similar to what you are looking for, these are the steps i took:

1- I exported a WordTemplate for the entity Quote and the related entity "Quote Line"
2- On the document I Inserted a Table, added the titles in 1st row
    3- In 2nd row, I expanded the "quote_details" entity
4- I added "productname" field followed by "..................$" followed by "baseamount" field  - changed the text to italic on the 2nd table example
5- I highlighted the row and right click on quote_details and chose "Insert Content Control" --> "Repeating"
    6- Uploaded template to CRM

This repeated the quote line records as expected.

You can also insert a 2nd column to insert base amount for a more organized layout.

Is this what you are trying to achieve? Otherwise can you provide more details on how you set up the template and the actual result?
