Issue:
1. When we make an opportunity on lead the plugin registered on assign is called but when once the opportunity is created and we change the lead then the plugin call doen't happen from UCI interface. the same is working fine in the classic view.
2. Same is happening on Associate and Disassociate event. Working fine in classic view but not inn UCI.

Some events might not be called in the same way between legacy web client and Unified Interface.
I don't know if it's related, but I know that with the Web API, assign can be done through an update request and doesn't require to use a specific Assign message.
You might see this with Fiddler traces.
