Cases are not Routed in Unified Routing as per the condition.

Currently I am facing problem in Unified Routing. cases are not routed as per the condition. Case record is not getting assigned to a particular user.

    Hello Ayush tried enabling routing diagnostics from the document below and that should you help you identify the issue:

    I believe you can use the tool suggested by Anmol, If you would ike to share some snapshots and if you can see any failures..
