Display all contacts, those belongs to One Organization(Account/ Sub Account).

Display all contacts, those belongs to One Organization(Account/ Sub Account). I have used a view. How to filter the condition to display all contacts belong to Head-company and SubCompanies? Ex: I have an Account name "Head-company" with sub Accounts are (SubCompany1,SubCompany2,SubCompany3). Every Company associated with some contacts. I used a view by filtering these two criteria. tested these two criteria by applying individual.
1. Contact Under HeadCompany
2. Contact equals HeadCompany, SubCompany1, SubCompany2, SubCompany3.

Both are not working. 2nd Approach works fine but incase if I add an another SubAccount(SubCompany4) under the HeadAccount, We need to add SubCompany4 in that condition.
It shouldn't be like that. The condition should take dynamically when some SubCompany adds under HeadCompany. The view condition should display contacts of all including the SubCompany4 also.
Suggestions appreciated.
