Hello Everyone,
After transition from legacy to UCI, default landing page for users is not working from XRMTOOLBOX add-on User Setting Utility.
With the help of this tool I was able to set default landing screen which can be configured by user it self from personal settings but not in UCI it is not working and as per my understanding User Setting Utility is only showing Web Version Site Map options and no model driven sitemap menus.
Problem: Want to set default landing page for all users by default (It is custom sub area which opens a phone call system view)

Hi Simmi, no unfortunately still the same issue. Setting the default pane only works for clicking on "Home" but not as a start page when entering the CRM. I don't know whether this is a bug or a not well thought through function.
Hi I have a question regarding the same topic.
When users choose the default pane and tab, they are only led to it when they click on the "Home" button. But when they open the browser and "freshly" open the CRM, they always start in a specific page (Pane -> Sales, Tab -> Dashboards). Could this be a bug ?? As far as I understand it, by choosing the default pane and tab this should be the start screen that always appears when the enter the CRM? This definitely doesn't work for any user, also not for me as Admin.

Users can choose Default Pane and Default Tab in the personal settings in the each app.
This way, whenever the user enter the app, he will see the Default Tab.
But this requires users to manually select, and the administrator cannot set it in batches for users.
