Error opening report "OpenPrinter_1: rc:0 lastError:1801(0x709) The printer name is invalid"

Hi Experts,

When i open the report it gives me following error:

"OpenPrinter_1: rc:0 lastError:1801(0x709) The printer name is invalid."

I have cleared user data but no success. the report is simple report not SSRS.

    Did you also clear the users .AUC files from their Windows profile where the client is executed from?
