how to associate case to a contact

Hi, I have the customer field on case form, every time it is able to associate with account, and I have subgrid on account form to display cases, I want the same thing in contact form, but it doesn't look like associate with contact.

    CRM has 2 fields that can be used to associate a case with a contact. These are the Customer (customerid) and the Responsible Contact (responsiblecontactid). Make sure that you're using the same one on the case form, and for the subgrid on the contact
