disappearing resources in WBS

In module Project management and accounting in WBS of the project I add resource save and publish the WBS. But after opening the WBS the resource disappear.

Workaround had been applied but very strange behaviour by d365.

There was missing periods in Resource list > Period status. Generated them by clicking Update worker periods.

Strange is that Synchronize resource calendars capacity across all companies does not done the job and I had to Update worker periods for each resource in the project.

What was your workaround? We experienced this issue after running update worker periods. Did the issue effect functionality or only the display of the resources on the WBS?

Hello - We have been experiencing this issue as well and have not been able to identify the cause. May I ask if you have the Resource scheduling performance enhancement feature enabled and if you are running Synchronize resource calendars capacity across all companies manually?
