Hi,

There is a missing setup that you need to fix first, which can be done here.

If you choose to use a very generic line\main account or more specific one is up to you or your finance department.

In order that the setup is being reset, you need to perform "Reset all distributions". In your case, and also mine its deactivated. This is because the the PO is in a certain state, like not draft OR it most like can be due to your workflow.

In order to fix this I would suggest two things:

1.: Cancel the workflow and check if it works

2.: If 1 doesnt work, add and delete a new PO line or do any changes, so that the status is back on Approved, in case it isnt already.
