Hi

We have a custom entity which is of not Activity type (Example : Test Case) . The requirement I have got is to populate From and To fields of Email in the Test Case entity. Is that possible ? please let me know.

    Hi,

I may be wrong but do you want to send email to your custom entity ?? if yes you can enable email functionality in your entity then you can use this entity under To and From field of email.

    Thanks

If you have not to deal with "millions of records" you could evaluate to migrate "Test Case" to a new "Test Activity Case".

One alternative could be to insert 3-5 field per entity type to substitute partylist behaviour: you will have account1, account2, account3, contact1, contact2, contact3, etc.

    Please, let us know.

    Hello,

It's platform limitation - you can't have Party List fields in non-activity entities.

As a possible alternative you can fill that information to text fields.
