Been pounding different Microsoft support channels for 3 weeks and getting no where.
We are Microsoft Gold Partners. We are on Dynamics CRM 2016 On-Prem, wanting to upgrade to D365 V9 On prem (customer engagement or operations)
When I log into partner.microsoft, under benefits, I see d365 only under cloud/azure products. Under "software", I only see crm 2016.
When i log into MSDN Downloads, i see what I need there, I see d365 v9 on prem, but from what I understand those are for dev and demo, not for internal production use...
I got access to PartnerSource, and CustomerSource, but I don't see what I need their either...Support has been useless.
Anyone out there have a similar headache and found their way and figured out how to get the product key for d365 v9 on prem???
